The enormous biscuit (as big as a cat's head, seriously!) on the side put me over my carb limit for two days, but it was worth it! My friends had more traditional fare: bacon and eggs with biscuits, French toast, etc. ![]() it was delivered within minutes and was absolutely gorgeous and just as delicious. Yes, I tried most all of them! I had a scramble of eggs, peppers, quinoa, sausage, and kale. Cinnamon maple was my favorite butter blackberry, my favorite jam. The biscuits come with a trip to the fixin's bar - with what must be 30 kinds of butter and jam. It's not easy, but quickly scan the menu & make a selection so as not to hold up the line. You'll pass a small collection of baseball caps and mugs for sale (they're really cute) then you'll see the menu overhead of the register. And that means waiting outside in line because this place is pretty small. My group of 5 waited about 7 minutes to get in. This food is unique portions, plentiful all served in a lively, fun atmosphere where you might share an indoor picnic table with a student from the local university or a tourist from Ontario. And I'm so glad we did! Don't confuse it with the chain biscuit eatery by a similar name. "You simply must try Biscuit Head," the concierge had said when we checked into our hotel. ![]() These breakfast carbs are too good to pass up. Plan to limit your carbs on lunch or dinner. Study the menu on-line, you'll order before you're seated.
